Use of Google User Data

If you choose to connect a Google+ or YouTube profile to your TwineSocial account, we will, after we have confirmed your permission, securely access information obtained from Google regarding your account. In particular, we may store your authentication token as well as information on the particular page or profile you connect, including post content and some engagement data. This data will be securely stored in order to be used by TwineSocial to provide you with the service you expect. Under no circumstances will it be shared with any third parties. Should you choose to disconnect from either Google+ or YouTube or choose to close your account, any information from Google stored on our servers will be deleted permanently .

TwineSocial uses YouTube's API services. By using TwineSocial you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's API is implemented in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

Your TwineSocail data can be peramently deleted via the TwineSocial application. Alternatively, you can email support@twinesocial.com with your account code and all data associated with your account will be deleted.

Additionally, users can revoke TwineSocial's access to their data via the Google security setting page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.


Use of Browser Cookies

To provide its services this Site uses cookies. Specifically, cookies are used both on the Site's admin portal (customer.twinesocial.com), public website (twinesocial.com), and in the social display wall service. Unless you are logged in with a TwineSocial administrator account, the Site does not use cookies to store or access personally identifying information.


International Transfers

Personal Information collected on this Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which the Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or contractors maintain facilities, and by using this Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
