The Case

Leading Canadian grocery Sobeys and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver wanted to use social media to encourage better food choices for all Canadians with a campaign built around the hashtag #BetterFoodforAll. Sobeys needed a way to facilitate social spread with the hashtag, and profile key recipe submissions and food tips from customers.

The Approach

In partnership with Toronto’s High Road Communications, TwineSocial provided an infinite-scrolling social media hub on the official #BetterFoodforAll website. Using TwineSocial’s multi-network search features and moderation for publicly-generated posts, Sobeys streamed posts from all major social networks containing the #BetterFoodforAll hashtag.
