Leading Canadian grocery Sobeys and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver wanted to use social media to encourage better food choices for all Canadians with a campaign built around the hashtag #BetterFoodforAll. Sobeys needed a way to facilitate social spread with the hashtag, and profile key recipe submissions and food tips from customers.
In partnership with Toronto’s High Road Communications, TwineSocial provided an infinite-scrolling social media hub on the official #BetterFoodforAll website. Using TwineSocial’s multi-network search features and moderation for publicly-generated posts, Sobeys streamed posts from all major social networks containing the #BetterFoodforAll hashtag. And using TwineSocial’s powerful CSS functionality, High Road matched the social media hub to Sobeys unique brand requirements.
The TwineSocial hub integrates seamlessly into the #BetterFoodforAll website, renders beautifully on all devices, and has helped spread Sobeys and Jamie’s message of #BetterFoodforAll.
