Job description

We're looking for someone to build incredibly strong relationships with customers and prospects. You'll be leading conversations, ensuring customers are successful, and getting them to renew. 

What You'll Do

You'll be helping marketers - usually small and mid-sized businesses and ad agencies - who are trying to harness the power of social media to grow their brands. You'll show them how the TwineSocial platform will help them do this: increased conversions, higher brand loyalty.

You'll do this by leading webinars, 1-on-1 demos, attending trade shows, and growing relationships with current clients with regular phone calls and emails.

You'll carry a business quota for both new and existing business. We'll look to you to help grow our top line. We'll help you reach this with a strong and motivated technology team, plus the technical and marketing resources to communicate the value of the service.

• Ideally, you have some technical expertise. (But if not, we'll teach you.)

This position is challenging. You will spend a lot of time working with a seasoned team in a fast-paced environment.
